Social:-Parents spending long hours at work and spending less time with the family which may lead to poor family relationship which means poor parental guidance on the children.
Political:
-Government may also have to introduce value-added lessons to the education system if parents do not teach thier children themselves.
Economic:
-Longer work time benefits the economy, but when the family is affected, the wokers may lose their productivity due to emotional hurt caused by their broken families.
-Intense competition in the workplace may pressure working adults to focus more on their careers so as to keep their jobs.
-Families will have a lower cash flow as expenses are rising. this will cause some working adults to be unable to provide for their families.
-Due to the rise in expenses, this may also cause some individuals to leave the country to embark on their careers overseas which will cause the country to have a smaller talent pool.
Right/Religion:
-In the current society, religion has become a platform for many to earn money and many families are falling for it. Thousands of people were conned for that reason of fast cash due to the "mystical power" stated in religions.
Media/IT:
-The growing media industry hsa helped many families by having more job advertisments as well as showing more schemes to help lighten the their financial burdens.

Qn - The Family Has Suffered At The Expense Of Career In The Singaporean Society. Is This A Fair Comment??

Family has suffered: events that cause the family to ruin each others family relation
Expense of career in Singaporean society: events that occur at due to work life limited
to the Singaporean society

Marriage
Marriage has always been a scared ritual in almost all the major religons and in societys of the world. It has always been performed with the most elaborate of rituals this tradion contiues even today especially in asian cultures. Sometimes the duration stretching into weeks. But when we look at marriage closely, beyond the glamour and spotlight it is nothing more than the joining of two hearts. An oath that they would always stay together and be there for each other in times of need. If we put it simply marriage is nothing more than love at it’s highest form. A marraige without love as its basis is doomed to fail.
In today’s society Marriage is often used more as a publicity tool than a scared obligation.Actors and Actress use it as a tool to publise themselves. They often do not look at the persons innerself but judge them by just their physical experience.
This sadly is practised by many of the public who try to model themselves after hollywood. In such societys marriage is beginning to lose it’s meaning and purpose .If this has to be avoided people have to look at marriage as a ritual that will bind them together eternity.Rising above the childish squabbles sand small ruffles that is bound to human nature and living out life with Trust scrifice and most importantly, love.
Consecquences of failed marriage.
Affects the lives of children and may stray them to undesirable paths later on in life.
Demotivates one and makes them lose concentration in their jobs.
Most importantly one lose his/her peace.
Some Ways to have a strong married life
To have trust and confidence in one Another
Make scarifices on somethins and not squabble over even the most trivial matters.
Most importantly to accept ecah other and treat each other with the respect they deserve.
